NAMI Peer-to-Peer Logo

NAMI Peer-to-Peer is a free, 10-session course for adults living with mental health challenges. NAMI Peer-to-Peer provides an educational setting focused on recovery that offers respect, understanding, encouragement and hope.

  • Free and confidential

  • Held twice a week for two hours

  • Taught by trained Peer Mentors living in recovery themselves

  • A powerful resource for information on mental health and recovery

W.R.A.P. Group
(Wellness Recovery Action Group)

To assist you on your road to recovery, we will provide the materials needed to help you begin to develop your personal action plan. Recovery is attained through hard work, self awareness and knowledge. Come join us as we support one another in our pursuit of living productive, healthy and socially satisfying lives. This group is FREE, and works best when completing the full four weeks.

  • Daily Maintenance Plan

  • Identifying Triggers and an Action Plan

  • Identifying Early Warning Signs and an Action Plan

  • Identifying When Things Are Breaking Down

  • Crisis Planning

  • Post Crisis Planning

This group also provides the opportunity to teach individuals to help others develop their own WRAP plans. While this is not a formal "train the trainer", we will try to help you develop the skills needed to effectively work with others.
