NAMI Peer-to-Peer is a free, 10-session course for adults living with mental health challenges. NAMI Peer-to-Peer provides an educational setting focused on recovery that offers respect, understanding, encouragement and hope.

 NAMI Family-to-Family Logo

NAMI Family-to-Family is a free, 12-session education program for family, partners, friends and significant others of adults living with mental illness. The course is designed to help all family members understand and support their loved one living with mental illness, while maintaining their own well-being. The course includes information of illnesses such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, major depression and other mental health conditions. Thousands of families describe the program as life-changing. The program is taught by trained teachers who are also family members and know what it is like to have a loved one living with mental illness.

W.R.A.P. Group
(Wellness Recovery Action Group)

To assist you on your road to recovery, we will provide the materials needed to help you begin to develop your personal action plan. Recovery is attained through hard work, self awareness and knowledge. Come join us as we support one another in our pursuit of living productive, healthy and socially satisfying lives. This group is FREE, and works best when completing the full four weeks.

  • Identifying Triggers and an Action Plan

  • Identifying Early Warning Signs and an Action Plan

  • Identifying When Things Are Breaking Down

  • Crisis Planning

  • Post Crisis Planning

This group also provides the opportunity to teach individuals to help others develop their own WRAP plans. While this is not a formal "train the trainer", we will try to help you develop the skills needed to effectively work with others.
